Joint Pain –  Joints out of alignment cause pain in the back, arms, hips and knees.
Good alignment keeps bones weight bearing, increases bone strength and uses the right muscles.

Systemic Health –  Digestion and respiration are compromised when the body
is in postural collapse and under abdominal compression. Heart function, circulation,
lymphatic drainage and neural communication all improve with better alignment.

Performance –  Misalignment reduces flexibility and movement. Energy, accuracy
and endurance suffer. When in good posture and better balance, there is less likelihood
of injury, increased performance and a better quality of sleep.

Appearance Posture is the biggest indicator of age. We are shorter, gain postural
pounds and clothes fit poorly. When in better alignment, we look years younger,
have greater vitality and age at a slower rate.
